Welcome! My name is Carmen Weldon and I’m happy to serve as the Director of Community Education for the Lake Mills Area School District. With over 20 years of experience in education, including 18 years as a school counselor, I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families at every stage of life. Now in my second year in this role, I’m focused on creating engaging programs that serve everyone in our community.

I believe that strong communities are built through strong connections, and I’m excited to help foster those ties here in the city of  Lake Mills. There are so many exciting programs taking place and I’m proud to be a part of it all!
