5 Easy Ways to Register!

1. Register online at gobound.com.

• For Youth Sports, click on Activities to create an account before registration.
• For Adult Sports, Youth Enrichment classes, and Adult Enrichment classes, click on Community Education to create an account before registration.

2. Register in Person: Registration forms and computer access are available in our office during hours of operation. Cash (please bring exact cash) and checks are accepted. 

3. Register by Mail: Download and print our Registration Form. Checks should be made out to LMASD with LMCRD in the memo. Mail completed forms and payment to our office: 550 W Tyranena Park Rd, Lake Mills, WI 53551

4. Register by Drop Box: For your convenience, there is a 24-hour secure drop box located outside of the district office: 120 East Lake Park Place.
