Welcome to the Lake Mills Area School District! Our facilities are designed to provide meaningful opportunities for students and the community alike, and we’re thrilled to have you here.

The steps to request one of our facilities are as follows:

1. Check out our facility use agreement below, and also our facility guidelines and fee schedule. 
2. Click "Request a Facility" to either login if you already have an account, or sign up for one by clicking "Become a Requester."
