We are very fortunate to be provided wonderful buildings that offer many opportunities for our students and community. We look forward to sharing the Lake Mills Area School District facilities with you.

Thank you for your interest in using the Lake Mills Area School District facilities. In order to complete your facilities request, we are asking that you provide the District with documentation of insurance listing the Lake Mills Area School District as an additional insured. In addition, please create a CoVID 19 plan safety plan and submit it to the Jefferson County Health Department attention Gail Scott gails@jeffersoncountywi.gov. Please copy andrea.phillipson@lakemills.k12.wi.us on the email including your plan as well. For sanitization and safety reasons, your group may incur custodial costs that have not existed in the past and have additional limitations and expectations placed upon your event. The Lake Mills Area School District has the right to modify your plan and/or cancel your event based on Health Department recommendations or the District’s ability to staff your event or otherwise maintain the safety of all involved parties.
