Referendum Construction Hub

Thank you to the Lake Mills Area School District community for your support of our schools and the 2024 Facilities Referendums. We are truly fortunate to belong to a community that values and prioritizes education.

Approval of both referendum questions allows the District to:

• Address high-priority safety, security, site, and capital maintenance needs at our schools

• Reconfigure and renovate learning spaces at the middle and high schools

• Provide classroom space for early learning programming at the elementary school

• Replace and expand the lower gym at the high school

Thanks to favorable interest rates at the time of the bond sale, the $51.2 million referendum carries a $0 tax impact.
