Tuesday- Card fitness
Grab a deck of cards and spread them out in a circle. Find an open space to preform the exercise. Then, as a family, take turns picking a card from the deck. Each symbol on the card will be assigned an exercise. The number on the card is how many of the exercise you should do.
Face cards = 10 and an Ace = 1
Hearts = Mountain climbers or Ski Jumps
Diamonds = Push-ups or Plank holds
Clubs = Jumping jacks or Squats
Spades = Tree pose or One foot hops
At the end, have each person total up a score. For example, I have two Jacks and a 2, 3, and 9. My score would be 34 (10 + 10 + 2 + 3 + 9). Remember, face cards are worth 10. The highest scores wins. Have fun working out with your family!
