My name is Colleen Good.  I am a Special Education teacher at Lake Mills Middle School.  This year I celebrate 14 years as a special educator!  I have worked ten of those years with children who have emotional and behavioral disabilities as well as children on the Autism Spectrum.  I enjoy helping students learn about healthy coping strategies and self-advocacy while supporting them to be the best student they can be!  

I have been married to my husband Steve for 13 years and we have four beautiful children.  Courtney is a freshman at the University of South Carolina, Tanner is a junior at Watertown High School, Raigan is a 7th grader at Riverside Middle School and our youngest daughter Nohra is in 2nd grade at Webster Elementary.  Our children are involved in many activities and Steve and I enjoy spending our time watching and supporting them!

It is one of my goals as an educator to work very closely with the families of my students, as I feel they are the foundation for student success!  I welcome meeting with you, brainstorming with you and working along side you.
