Hi! I am excited to get to know you and your child as they continue on their musical journey.

I graduated from Lawrence University with my degree in Instrumental Music Education and have gone on to teach all sorts of music. I was a long-term substitute band teacher with Lake Mills Middle School in the 2020-21 school year, spent a year teaching high school band (and personal finance, among many other things) at Monona Grove High School, then came back for the 2022-23 school year.

I perform with the Edgewood College Band on clarinet when I'm not teaching, and I also play the bagpipes with Madison Pipes and Drums. See if you can find us at any local parades or Highland Games!
